Position Overview

We love fashion, but we love people more. As a full‑time stylist you will lead by example to ensure our customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience every time they shop in our stores. You make sure that all customers are seen and connected with. Our store mantra is “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!”

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
• Support recruiting efforts to build a team of great talent that works within our culture of HEART – both in values and the HEART Styling Experience.
• Be passionate about fashion and trends, maintaining a strong presence on the floor.
• Lead by example, following standards set by the company and Store Manager.
• When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager aren’t present, full‑time stylists will support the coaching and leading of the styling floor and team.
• When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager aren’t present, full‑time stylists will support the daily operations of the business – coordinating daily operations, managing store inventory, and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
• Drive results as the lead sales generators in stores.
• Lead their Division of Responsibility based on volume group.

Requirements

• Fashion credible, up to date on current trends and contemporary fashion brands; willing to take risks with fashion and be an early adopter of new trends.

• Previous retail or leadership experience preferred but not required.
