Job summary

Supercuts in Redlands, CA seeks licensed cosmetologists or barbers to join our team. You will deliver haircuts, color, waxing and other services with a focus on exceptional guest service, operating with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understanding the guest’s needs, providing quality consultations and performing services requested in an efficient and professional manner.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks such as completing transactions on the computerized register, performing close-out procedures and light housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional haircuts, color, highlights, waxing and specialty services.
• Attend training and ongoing seminars to stay ahead of trends and recertify as needed.
• Check in guests online or by phone and assist with appointments and inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and handle transaction duties as part of daily duties.
