Ann Taylor seeks a Stylist to be a brand ambassador, providing personalized styling guidance and sharing product knowledge to help customers express their authentic selves.

You’ll listen to needs and guide customers to styles that suit their multifaceted lives, collaborating with the team to achieve business goals and provide a welcoming environment on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year Sales Associate or customer-focus experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours a week.

• Offer customers personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to style the customer.
• Build a customer base through personalized, relationship-based service.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.
