Job summary

Supercuts, Inc. is seeking friendly cosmetologists to join a locally owned salon. The role offers guaranteed base hourly pay plus tips, with a steady flow of clients and flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Active cosmetology or barber license is required by state regulations. You will deliver quality guest consultations and perform services such as haircuts, color, highlights and waxing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understanding the guest’s needs, providing quality consultations and performing services.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks such as completing transactions on the computerized register, performing close-out procedures and light housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide haircare services (haircuts, color, highlights, waxing, and specialty services) to clients.
• Deliver quality guest consultations and ensure guest satisfaction.
