Qualifications

• Requires active Texas cosmetologist or barber license.
• Minimum 1 year salon or barbershop experience.
• Proficiency in men’s grooming especially haircuts and beard care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure clients feel welcomed and valued.
• Communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction with services rendered.
• Perform hair and beard cutting, trimming, and styling per client preferences; offer related services (massage, color, shaving, waxing).
• Use POS system to add notes in client accounts.
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions.
• Collaborate with salon team to achieve performance goals.
