Job summary

LSGF Management, the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country, is seeking full-time or part-time hair stylists for a high-volume salon in Winder, GA. We offer flexible hours, an established client base and a pay structure that combines base wage, productivity and tips.

Our average effective wage is about $33.17 per hour; no one earns less than $20 per hour. We provide a $300 signing bonus, free interview shears, and ongoing training—virtual and hands-on—to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid barber or cosmetology license.
• Experience with professional hair styling equipment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and creativity.

Full or Part-time hair stylist. High volume salon, flexible hours, established customer base.

We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country. Something that makes us a little different is that we strive to have the highest \"effective wage\" in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week the average effective wage of our staff was $33.17/hr. Some make a little less, and some make substantially more. It all just depends on how proficient you are, but no one in my company earns less than $20/hr. in total.

Free shears just for coming in for an interview ($199 MSRP).

$300 signing bonus.

Ongoing training... both virtual training and hands-on training.
