Job summary

Supercuts, part of Regis Corporation, is hiring experienced stylists in New Jersey. We’re looking for licensed cosmetologists with salon experience to join our high-energy team.

Starting pay ranges from $17 to $25 per hour, including tips, with 3+ years of cosmetology experience preferred. We offer paid training, comprehensive benefits, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance to Master Stylist or Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years cosmetology experience.
• Active cosmetology or barber license.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong guest-service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide haircutting, styling, finishing, and color services.
• Consult with guests to understand styling goals and preferences.
• Build and maintain a client book and repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, safe salon environment.
• Operate POS system and complete transactions accurately.
