Job summary

Supercuts is hiring at our Sacramento-area salons. We offer starting hourly wage of $18 plus color and retail commissions and tips, with no paycheck surprises. We provide extensive training and a path for growth within a Paul Mitchell signature salon.

We offer medical insurance for 30+ hours per week, 401(k) with employer matching, paid holidays and up to 3 weeks PTO, flexible schedules, and ongoing training to keep you ahead in the industry.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology or barber license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide haircuts, color services and other treatments as requested.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitation to meet standards.
• Assist clients with check-in and appointment scheduling, and provide a welcoming experience.
