A leading salon franchise is seeking both full-time and part-time hair stylists in Norcross, Georgia. This high-volume salon offers flexible hours with an established customer base. Stylists can expect an average effective wage of $32.06/hr, with no one earning less than $20/hr. Candidates must have a valid barber or cosmetology license and strong interpersonal skills. Additional perks include free shears for interviewees and a $300 signing bonus. Ongoing training will be provided both virtually and hands-on.

We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country. Something that makes us a little different is that we strive to have the highest "effective wage" in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week the average effective wage of our staff was $32.06/hr. Some make a little less, and some make substantially more. It all just depends on how proficient you are, but no one in my company earns less than $20/hr. in total.

Free shears just for coming in for an interview ($199 MSRP).

$300 signing bonus.

Ongoing training, both virtual training and hands-on training.
