Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a part-time Windsor stylist in East Rutherford, NJ. You will greet customers, style outfits, and help create memorable shopping experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You must be at least 16 years old, enjoy fashion, and be able to stand, move, and engage with guests. A 40% employee discount and ongoing training are offered to support growth within the Windsor family.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with styling to create the Windsor Oasis experience.
• Share fashion advice and styling tips to help customers feel confident in purchases.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandise, and cleanliness to support fast-paced operations.
• Represent the Windsor brand with integrity and follow store policies.

Physical Demands

Frequently stands, walks, observes, bends and pushes. Must be able to count, communicate, read and write in English. Must be able to: access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds) and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations. Environment is fast paced and indoor temperature conditions vary.
