Responsibilities

• Provide a genuine and personalized customer experience to drive sales.
• Engage with customers and make product recommendations across the sales floor.
• Assist with transactions, sizes, colors, and placing orders for items not in store.
• Build relationships with peers and share product knowledge and trends.
• Contribute to store initiatives and highlight peers and leaders in the SPARKED journal.
• Support stock and omni order fulfillment while maintaining floor standards.
