Job summary

Nordstrom Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Styling Administrator to support styling operations and the Styling Lounge.

The role ensures appointments, inventory, and administrative tasks are executed with precision while delivering a world-class client and stylist experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and committed to maintaining a polished, welcoming environment for clients and stylists alike.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule all styling appointments, including responses to CRC, SPM, ASM, and marketing/event/PR teams.
• Send Outlook calendar invites and manage all BLVD appointment statuses (confirmed, arrived, completed).
• Maintain the styling lounge’s cleanliness and organization, including fitting rooms and closets; ensure supplies are stocked and labeled.
• Manage daily pickup/drop-off of alterations; file completed alterations for timely client outreach.
• Ensure stylists maintain holds in PB; remove expired holds and support during appointments.
• Greet clients professionally and notify their stylist upon arrival; answer calls within three rings.
• Coordinate setup and takedown of PK sessions in Room6 and support events in the styling lounge.
• Pack and ship client packages on time with FedEx tracking and pallet placement before daily cutoff.
• Order and restock water, keep fitting rooms clear, and communicate stock issues to leadership.
