Styline Logistics in Aurora, CO is seeking a full‑time box truck driver to operate a 26’ box truck and deliver furniture across the area. The role requires loading and unloading at multiple stops and a Monday–Friday schedule with 40+ hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of verifiable driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and DOT physical. CDL is a plus but not required.

We are seeking a full‑time box truck driver for Aurora, CO.

Job Requirements

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Range: $20.00 - $23.00 / hour (Hourly, Non‑Exempt)
• Incentive Compensation: Eligibility for weekly production bonus from day one. Bonus rates are calculated on a monthly basis, subject to company profitability, and require maintaining an acceptable attendance record.
• Sign‑On Bonus: $1000 bonus paid in four $250 installments and contingent on active employment at the time of payment.
• Longevity Bonus: Eligibility for longevity bonus following one (1) year of continuous service. Bonus is calculated based on established bonus rate x years of service.
• Perfect Attendance Bonus: Immediate eligibility with $125 bonus payable in the month following the full quarter in which perfect attendance is maintained. Quarters are defined as the full three‑month periods of January - March, April - June, July - September and/or October - December.
• Paid Time Off & Sick Leave:
  • Paid Sick Leave: 48 hours of Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA) paid sick leave, front‑loaded annually on January 1st.
  • Vacation: 0 days accrued/usable in calendar year 2026. Beginning January 1, 2027, accrues on a pro‑rata basis for up to 80 hours per year in alignment with OFS' vacation schedule.
• Insurance Benefits (Eligibility following thirty (30) days of continuous service): Medical, Dental, Vision, Short‑Term Disability, Supplemental Life Insurance, Company‑Provided Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, and AFLAC.
• Additional Benefits:
  • 401(k) retirement plan eligibility after 6 (6) months of employment.
  • Company‑Provided Long‑Term Disability coverage following five (5) years of continuous service.
