Madewell is seeking a Sales Associate to bring our brand to life on the sales floor. You’ll help customers discover their look and work alongside a collaborative team to drive business success.

You’ll embody a welcoming, inclusive experience, stay on top of fashion trends, and support store operations. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting.

Qualificações

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.
