Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technological aptitude to navigate POS/iPad/handheld systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote products to customers.
• Assist management in store operations and daily tasks.
• Serve multiple customers, multitask, and handle projects simultaneously.
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and product knowledge.
• Build outfits and suggest items to match customer needs.
• Maintain positive working relationships and support a productive environment.
• Communicate store information and brand initiatives to management.
• Achieve sales and service metrics and participate in learning opportunities.
• Assist with inventory, replenishment, and ticketing as needed.
• Open or close the store and lead others when required.
