Job summary

You will hit personal sales goals, collaborate with the team, maintain product knowledge, stock, and handle transactions at the register. Availability for nights and weekends and the ability to stand for long periods are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work nights and weekends.
• Physical requirements: standing/walking for long periods, lifting up to 25 lbs., bending and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest, determine needs, assist with finding merchandise and offer styling recommendations.
• Achieve personal sales goals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Maintain product knowledge of merchandise features, benefits and pricing.
• Keep shelves displays stocked and visually appealing; keep store clean and well-maintained.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as receiving shipments, stock counts, and level checks.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols; process returns/exchanges to guest satisfaction.
