Job summary

The Lane Bryant Associate role at KnitWell Group in Athens, GA is to create a hospitable store environment and engage customers to support the Lane Bryant brand experience. You will help customers with styling and product knowledge while driving sales and delivering outstanding service.

Roles require a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with use of mobile tech on registers/iPads to assist shoppers. Physical tasks include lifting and restocking as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient utilizing mobile technology to engage with customers.
• Retrieve/stock merchandise and assist with store operations as needed.
• Use ladders or lifts for overhead tasks and lightbulb replacement when necessary.

Responsibilities
