Job summary

Madewell in Bethesda is seeking a Sales Associate to bring personal style and warmth to the sales floor. You will help customers discover their look and collaborate with teammates to drive business success, delivering a seamless customer experience with kindness and inclusivity.

You’ll contribute to daily store operations, stay informed on fashion trends, and support the team with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product and lift/move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
