J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking a Sales Associate to embody the brand with personal style and enthusiasm on the sales floor. You’ll help customers discover their look and collaborate with teammates to drive business success while delivering a welcoming, inclusive experience.

You’ll provide an authentic customer journey, stay current with fashion trends, and support scheduling needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience aligned with the brand.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy when executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty with problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product and lift/move at least 40 pounds.
