Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to deliver exceptional guest experiences on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You will maintain product presentation, pricing, and accurate signage while supporting a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by maintaining visual standards and signing.
• Analyze store tools for sales and inventory insights to assist guests.
• Restock, remerchandise, and price floors according to brand direction.
• Maintain fitting rooms as welcoming spaces and support guest needs.
• Contribute to safe, compliant store operations and flexible scheduling.
