Target is looking for a Style Consultant in New York to energize the floor with strong operations and an outstanding guest experience. You will help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, keep the floor stocked and clearly priced, and maintain inviting displays that reflect current styles.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and guest-first culture across the store.
• Retail basics: department sales trends, inventory, pricing, promotions, and visual merchandising.
• Ability to meet guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room and help with needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and present a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory ownership and assist guests.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom for business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor with priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute backroom organization and assist replenishment and guest requests.
