LOFT in Atlanta's Lenox Square is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador on the sales floor. You’ll connect with customers, offer personalized styling recommendations, and keep merchandise organized to impress shoppers.

You’ll collaborate with your team to create memorable customer experiences, use technology for omnichannel service, and support store leadership in meeting daily goals while upholding visual and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
