Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide styling decisions on the floor. You will help keep the store visually appealing and organized while delivering personalized service that reflects our brand.

You will collaborate with teammates to create memorable experiences, support omnichannel shopping using available tools, and stay flexible to evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred)
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and listen to their needs to create personalized customer experiences.
