Job summary

KnitWell Group in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver warm, personalized service and help customers find the right styles.

You will use mobile devices to engage shoppers, stock and maintain displays, and support store operations while meeting performance standards. This role requires evenings, weekends, and holidays availability, and physical tasks like lifting and ladder work as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience required with ability to meet/exceed performance standards.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with mobile technology (e.g. registers and iPad) to engage customers.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently; up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb a 12-foot ladder for overhead tasks as needed.
