You will train extensively, educate customers on fit and style, and drive sales through professional service and brand guidelines. This role offers a strong commission structure and growth within a leading global fashion brand.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and align with brand expectations.
• Educate customers on fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
• Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales and metrics.
• Build relationships to increase client loyalty through Suitsupply's Radically Personal program.
• Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed per visual guidelines and store standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by store leadership team.
