Ann Taylor in Rehoboth Beach, DE seeks a friendly Sales Associate to act as the brand ambassador on the floor. You’ll connect with customers, offer personalized styling, keep merchandise organized, and support an inviting shopping environment.

A hospitality mindset, flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays), and tech-savvy use of the POS system are required. Experience in customer service is preferred.
