Job summary

Medpace in Dallas, TX is seeking a full-time Study Start-Up Project Manager to join our Site Activation and Maintenance team. This role plays a key part in the clinical trial management process and supports fast-paced, strategic decision-making within a growing CRO.

Responsibilities include leading start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities, quality checks on essential documents, and serving as Sponsor contact for start-up submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, preferably at a CRO in Study Start-Up or as a Research Manager at a study site.
• Project management experience and demonstrated role in developing others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.

• Perform quality checks on submission documents and site essential documents.
• Prepare and approve informed consent forms.
