Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database applications.
  • Experience with research protocols and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, FDA, IRB, GCP).
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee study start-up data management for cancer clinical trials; develop systems to organize, collect, report and monitor data.
  • Develop project schedules, targets, measurements, and accountabilities; lead team meetings and prepare minutes.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor staff; assist with performance evaluations and onboarding.
  • Audit operations for regulatory compliance; identify and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with principal investigators and sponsors; monitor and report serious adverse events and study queries.
  • Provide leadership in improving policies and processes; define best practices.
  • Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance by inspecting study documents.
