Sotera Health is seeking a Study Director II to lead scientific studies and manage complex laboratory projects within its Nelson Labs division and its Sterigenics and Nordion businesses. You will drive technical conduct from initiation to final reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality results for healthcare customers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline and at least one year of Study Director experience.
• Associate degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of three years of laboratory experience as a Study Director.
• Strong technical writing and scientific communication skills.
• Experience leading scientific studies, laboratory projects, or testing programs.
• Ability to manage customer interactions and project timelines.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary scientific lead for assigned studies and oversee the technical execution from initiation through final report issuance.
• Review, interpret, analyze, and communicate study results; prepare, review, and approve technical reports and study documentation.
• Collaborate on test method development, validations, and equipment validations; review customer specifications and study requirements.
• Manage multiple studies across laboratory departments to keep projects on schedule and within timelines.
• Ensure all studies comply with applicable regulatory, quality, and laboratory requirements; maintain complete study documentation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff and support training initiatives.
