Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a STUDIO Team Lead to guide a team of coaches, schedule classes, and uphold high standards for member experience. You will lead by example, balance people development with business goals, and foster a supportive studio culture.

The role emphasizes growth, coaching, and ensuring sessions are safe, effective, and aligned with VASA's standards. Training and mentorship will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Exercise Science or Kinesiology is required or NCCA accreditation in PT or Group Fitness.
• Certifications must be current or renewed within 90 days of hire if expired.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing STUDIO Coaches team.
• Create on-trend class schedules that meet member needs.
• Drive membership growth and attendance targets.
• Meet and exceed monthly STUDIO sales goals.
• Maintain clean, safe, and motivating environments.
