Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a Production Risk Manager to join the Risk Management team. You will support insurance placement, contract review, and claims management for all productions, coordinating with global brokers and internal departments.

The role involves analyzing coverage terms, preparing underwriting information, and negotiating terms with brokers. You will work with Legal, Health & Safety, and Production teams to mitigate risk across a diverse slate.

Formación

• Experience with budgeting, scheduling and cost reporting for productions.
• Background in journalism or documentary production is preferred.
• Experience in creative roles understanding consumer trends and content experience.
• Experience as a producer, production manager, line producer or in production risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret insurance policy provisions and advise on contractual terms and coverage.
• Gather information for underwriting submissions and renewals.
• Evaluate quotes and negotiate coverage with brokers for special coverage.
• Review binders, policies, endorsements, invoices and audits for accuracy.
• Review cast coverage to ensure full protection.
• Maintain broker relationships with internal teams for service levels.
• Collaborate with brokers to manage ongoing production risk and services.
• Identify loss prevention opportunities and improvement areas.
• Review production contracts for locations, equipment and contractors.
• Communicate with production executives about ongoing insurance needs.
• Leverage emerging technologies to optimize workflows.
• Excel in a small, fast-paced team supporting a global slate.
