Job summary

TYG is seeking an experienced architect to lead its Miami studio as Studio Practice Leader. You will oversee the studio, shape its project portfolio and strategy, and strengthen senior client relationships in a high-impact role.

Lead multiple project teams, mentor staff, and partner with leadership on business development and strategic initiatives while guiding design excellence across a diverse portfolio in the Miami office.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in architecture.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Proven ability to oversee projects, teams, and client relationships.
• Experience in business development and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple project teams from start to finish.
• Shape studio strategy, project direction, staffing and growth.
• Serve as a primary client contact, building senior-level relationships.
• Mentor teams and develop talent across the studio.
• Collaborate with leadership on business development and strategic initiatives.
• Provide design and technical oversight across a diverse portfolio.
