Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital photography and lighting setup, preferably in a studio environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Capture One and Adobe Creative Suite required.
• Familiarity with using Ai for creative imagery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, brand-appropriate imagery.
• Process, crop, and manage files in Capture One.
• Execute photography for web and social media content.
• Maintain studio organization and assist with set breakdown.
• Manage deadlines and production schedules effectively.
• Interpret and uphold the Art Director's vision.
• Research and propose new lighting techniques and creative approaches.
• Collaborate positively with stylists, art directors, and retouchers.
