Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati seeks a Studio Operations Manager to act as the operational engine for the North America Home Care Design Studio. You will connect business needs, designers, resources, timelines, tools, and partners to enable fast, high-quality creative work.
You’ll lead intake, resourcing, scheduling, and delivery while maintaining studio visibility and continuously improving workflows. This role combines startup energy with the scale and impact of a global consumer goods leader.
Job Location CINCINNATI GENERAL OFFICES
This role is a chance to shape how one of P&G Home Care’s in-house design studios works, grows, and delivers. As the Studio Operations Manager, you’ll be the operational engine behind the North America Home Care Design Studio, connecting business needs, designers, resources, timelines, tools, and partners so great creative work can happen quickly and smoothly.
You’ll work inside a fast-moving, in-house design studio that operates with startup energy and agency-level ambition, backed by the scale, reach, and purpose of P&G brands used by millions every day.
If you love creating clarity from complexity, anticipating what teams need, and finding smarter ways to work, this role is for you.
Own the flow of work through the studio, from intake and briefing through resourcing, scheduling, delivery, and closeout.
Partner with Design, Brand, Performance Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure briefs are clear, inputs are ready, and projects are set up for success.
Manage studio capacity and resources, assigning work based on skills, priorities, and availability while proactively identifying overloads, gaps, and shifting needs.
Maintain visibility across projects, timelines, and milestones, proactively solving bottlenecks and communicating priorities and status to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to continuously simplify and improve how we work, experimenting with new tools, automation, and AI-enabled workflows and turning successful ideas into repeatable practices.
Help ensure the studio has the assets, software, access, tools, and resources needed to operate effectively, including management of relevant creative systems and licenses.
Track and communicate studio performance and impact in a meaningful way to leadership.
When capacity allows, support occasional simple design adaptations or production needs.
You make creativity possible: Your job isn’t to manage creativity. It’s to create the conditions that allow great creative work to happen.
You’re a problem solver, not just a project tracker: You anticipate what’s coming, identify friction early, and help the team find a path forward, and you’ll continuously look for smarter, simpler, faster ways to work and turn the best ideas into new studio practices.
You’ll make a real impact: Better operations give designers more space to design, give partners greater clarity, and help the studio deliver great work more effectively.
