Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of management experience with hiring and coaching.
• 2–3+ years in sales and customer service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing KPIs and driving business performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales and studio operations.
• Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and retain a team.
• Drive membership sales through prospecting, referrals, and community outreach.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales and membership goals.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for every member and guest.
• Coach and hold your team accountable to performance expectations and KPIs.
• Analyze business metrics and create action plans to improve studio performance.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, staffing, onboarding, and employee development.
• Resolve member concerns professionally while building long-term relationships.
