Orangetheory Fitness – Franchise #0320 in Willow Grove, PA seeks an energetic Studio Manager to lead daily studio operations, drive member acquisition and retention, and coach a high-performing team. You will oversee sales execution, schedule staff, manage payroll, and ensure a best-in-class member experience aligned with brand standards.

This exempt, entry-level management role reports to the Regional Sales and Operations Manager and includes a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, fitness, hospitality, or direct sales management environments with single-unit management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead studio team to deliver brand standards in member experience, sales, and operations.
• Coach and develop staff, ensuring scheduling and staffing levels meet business needs.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop talent; build leadership bench strength.
• Drive revenue growth through member acquisition, retention, and upsell opportunities.
• Oversee payroll, labor management, and controllable expenses to meet budget goals.
• Collaborate with Head Coach and regional leadership to align fitness and sales initiatives.
