Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role within a creative environment.
• Strong background in inventory management with stock control processes.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management within a business setting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through effective management practices.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed all sales goals and revenue-related KPIs (new memberships, closing rates, renewals, attrition).
• Manage, hire, train, and develop sales staff.
• Lead promotional, guerilla marketing, lead generation, and sales efforts.
• Engage with local schools, businesses, and community organizations.
• Outbound contacts via phone, email, text; social media promotion.
• Lead studio tours with prospects and manage customer referrals.
• Train Sales Associates in tactics and closing techniques; manage schedules.
• Maintain records and reports using studio systems; manage inventory.
