Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Manager or Assistant Manager role.
• Experience working in a quota bearing structure preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required upon hire or within the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and coach sales staff members.
• Manage sales staff workflow throughout the day.
