We’re looking for someone who is driven as well as approachable, task-oriented, and willing to be held accountable. You will oversee the big picture as well as the tiny details, greet every person who enters the studio by name, motivate a sales team, listen, and stay engaged with members, employees, vendors, and visitors. If something goes wrong, you fix it. If a member is celebrating a milestone, you make sure they’re recognized. When sales goals are set, you surpass them.
