Perspire Sauna Studio The Woodlands is seeking a full-time studio manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional guest service in a spa-like setting. You’ll model performance, coach staff, and ensure policies are followed while driving guest satisfaction seven days a week.

You must demonstrate a history of excellence, a sense of urgency, and open availability to accommodate early opening and late closing hours. Compensation reflects performance and leadership responsibilities.

• Minding the details, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
