Job summary

InMotion Wellness Studio Statesville is seeking a leadership-focused role to drive growth and ensure high-quality one-on-one recovery sessions. You will align operations with our Assisted Motion and Recovery Therapy philosophy and guide staff to deliver exceptional client care.

The role offers up to $65k, including base salary, commission, and bonuses paid biweekly. After six months, the commission structure increases, and merit-based pay reviews may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience or education in kinesiology or exercise science is required.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Effective time management and clear communication skills.
