Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio is seeking a full-time studio manager to join our leadership team in Culebra Commons. You will lead a high-performing team, work closely with guests, and ensure exceptional service while upholding company processes in a friendly, spa-like setting.

The role requires a proven track record of leading teams to meet sales and service goals, a strong sense of urgency, and open availability to accommodate 7-day-a-week hours.

• Proven experience leading a team to meet or exceed sales and service goals.
• Strong sense of urgency balanced with the ability to inspire people.
• Open availability to match early opening and late closing hours, 7 days a week.
• History of excellence and striving beyond “just OK” in previous roles.
