Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Studio LFT Coach in Colorado to deliver high-energy, closely coached group strength workouts and ensure exceptional member experiences. Coaches guide members with technical proficiency, provide movement modifications, and create an inclusive, motivating environment.

Qualified candidates have 1 year of related group fitness experience and an active NCCA-certified Personal Training certification with CPR/AED.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading, communicating, coaching, teaching, or facilitating a group of people.
• Passionate about fitness and helping others reach their goals.
• Ability to be upbeat, enthusiastic, and high energy when coaching.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual and prepared, greet members, and start classes on time.
• Demonstrate exercises with correct form and modifications.
• Engage with members throughout the workout and provide coaching.
• Offer excellent customer service and respond to member needs.
• Promote additional VASA products and amenities as appropriate.
• Invite non-members to STUDIO LFT classes to grow attendance.
• Coach at members' fitness levels with appropriate modifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized class environment.
• Engage with social media to promote STUDIO LFT classes and celebrate wins.
