Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience within high-end furniture or luxury interior design firms.
• Strong leadership and communications skills, with the ability to inspire and guide our Team Members.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Consistently inspire our clients to explore and enroll in our design services.
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
• Possess the passion and ability to master and execute the RH design aesthetic.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Familiarity with Salesforce preferred.
• Local, domestic travel up to 25%.

• Act as a resource for our Team Members and create a seamless experience for studio clientele.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, hosting business development events that elevate our brand presence.
• Create strategic team schedules to optimize our business while also elevating our client experience.
• Lead daily studio operations, including curation, replenishment, inventory management, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality.
• Maintain the auditing and replenishment of inventory, ensuring attentive management and maintenance of all floor models, samples, swatches and supplies.
