Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness Head Coach in Chapel Hill, NC leads the coaching team to deliver exceptional member experiences and drive studio performance. You will recruit, onboard, schedule, and develop coaches while aligning with regional leadership to meet business goals.

You will champion high standards of service, ensure consistent workout delivery, and maintain a culture of accountability and inclusivity within a dynamic studio setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• 1+ year of group fitness coaching and/or personal training.
• Current Orangetheory Fitness-approved fitness certification.
• Current CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to the coaching team.
• Conduct regular class observations and coaching conversations for feedback.
• Assist with coach recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and retention.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
• Partner with studio managers to support goals, retention, and performance.
• Lead coaches to deliver consistent Orangetheory workouts and service.
