Your primary responsibility will be developing instructors into confident, high-performing professionals. You’ll work closely with your team to improve their teaching skills, communication, leadership presence, student retention, and sales performance.
You’ll conduct regular coaching sessions, provide ongoing feedback, identify growth opportunities, and help each instructor reach their full potential.
