Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a driven studio manager in Port Saint Lucie, FL to lead a high-energy team and drive performance. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure exceptional member experiences in a fast-paced fitness environment.

The role emphasizes accountability, communication, and a passion for health and wellness, with opportunities to learn all business facets and potentially become a Franchisee or Business Owner.

• Address issues promptly—fix any problems that arise to maintain service quality.
• Learn every aspect of the business with a view to becoming a Franchisee or Business Owner if desired.
