Job summary

The Sales Associate will focus on lead generation, conduct studio tours, and ensure excellent customer service. Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
• Must have valid drivers’ license, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the studio while establishing a relationship with prospective members.
• Maintain acceptable levels of personal sales production.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in special events to promote the club.
