Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help keep our yoga studios clean, welcoming, and ready for our community. This part-time role offers a discounted studio membership and the chance to deepen your connection with CPY while contributing to a serene practice space.

The SET position is limited to up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with emphasis on reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must commit to 6 hours per month; schedule varies by studio need.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must adhere to CPY's attendance policy.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Keep yoga props and equipment clean and organized (mats, blocks, straps).
• Restock supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, soap).
• Take out trash and recycling; ensure proper disposal.
• Assist with laundry (folding towels and linens).
• Notify management of maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.

ROLE SUMMARY

A CorePower Yoga (CPY) Studio Experience Team (SET) member is an important role to our overall student experience. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a SET member. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for our yoga studio, ensuring that it is always ready for use by our community. As a SET member you can deepen your connection with the CPY community and strengthen your personal yoga practice by taking advantage of a special discounted yoga membership (prices and max hours vary by market). Additionally, our SET members exhibit the Company's Core Values of Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, & Laugh Together.
