CADY Photographers are part-time seasonal team members who capture high-quality images at studio sessions, school picture days, and events. No prior photography experience is required, and hobbyists are encouraged to apply.

Paid training helps you learn CADY’s workflow, and company-provided equipment supports your success. This role is ideal for outgoing individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments and creating memorable experiences for students and families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and out of high school.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a satisfactory background check.
• Able to work well within a team setting and independently.
• Amazing customer service and communication skills.
• Coachable with an ability to learn quickly and produce a quality output.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality images using CADY photography equipment and training.
• Create a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for students and families.
• Set up, test, and maintain photography equipment before each session.
• Follow company processes to ensure accurate image processing and workflow completion.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support efficient event execution.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development.
• Support additional operational initiatives and responsibilities as business needs evolve.
